The zine highlights the voices of frontline community organizers and also cultural workers interviewed during the first pandemic lockdowns in spring 2020. The zine, published in fall 2023, took time to gather and today serves as an important reminder and also framework to collectively reflect on the important systemic critiques surrounding the injustices inherent to modern capitalism that were widely expressed as the pandemic took hold.
On Thursday, Jan. 30, Stefan Christoff will be in conversation with celebrated Indigenous photographer Martin Akwiranoron Loft and poet Shanice Nicole.
