On a freezing day in March, Raah joined forces with feminist and other local community organizations at the International Women's Day 2022 Rally “Women’s Struggles Beyond the Pandemic,” organized by Women of Diverse Origins.
One of a series of activities organized that week in recognition of international women’s day, the lively march through the neighborhood of Parc-Ex was dedicated to Lee Maracle, Indigenous storyteller, trailblazer, force of energy. "Until all of us are free, the few who think they are remain tainted with enslavement”, and bell hooks, "Love is an action, not just a feeling."
